Who are we?
UpWorks is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in December 2011 to work in the Minneapolis-St Paul area. The primary objective of UpWorks is to be an advocate in assisting underprivileged, underemployed and unemployed individuals to achieve sustainable, above-poverty employment. UpWorks is a Christian organization guided by Biblical principles and business best practices. We believe we have an opportunity to serve those in need, while promoting equality in the workplace for all people.
